[BC] Busted! (WAS:AM Radio Kit)

it was a 100mw PLL unit from EDM Design. it had no FCC ID number. I ran it
with a Comet 5/8 antenna. i was only getting out 3 blocks about 1/2 mile
solid 1mi fringe on a car radio. I was not too famillair with FM rules. all
i knew was 250uV/m at 3 meter from antenna which i'm not very good with
advanced math so calculating this to RF power and antenna was beyond me. I
just took a guess at it. figured i had to be close to legal as my range was
in line with what Ramsey FAQ stated i should be getting as far as range
under part 15 FM.
