[BC] Along the lines of SB coverage

You have to remember that there is an earlier game. Often some one PM games play 
havoc with the 4:05 and 4:15 PM start times anyway. You would have to back up 
the one PM games which in turn back the pre-game into Sunday Morning. 60 minutes 
late has been a fact of life for years any time CBS has aired NFL.
