[BC] Along the lines of SB coverage

There are issues to starting the early games at 11:30  CT since the west 
coast would have those games starting at 9:30AM local time.  There are a 
number of network commitments which need to be met before the games can 
start on either network. That and the NFL doesn't want to have overlapping 
games. Most normal playing time games run a little below 3:15.  So they 
decided a few years ago to go with 3:15 CT kickoffs for the 2nd game.  That 
gives the west coast 1:15 kickoff's.  A bit more palatable than 9AM 
games,,,when most of the people who watch the games are simply just getting up.

I agree that it's a huge PIA to try and track the evening shows after a 
late game has ended.  But that's life in the world of pro-sports on TV.
