I'm sure it's in there but I'm on a slow connection... so does either
must carry or retrnasmission consent imply a particular "spot" on the
cable system? IE, MUST the local signals be on the least expensive "tier"
of service offered? MUST they fall within the 2-13 range? They always
seem to.
Who decides what channel position the local ends up at? Normally
different (on an analog cable system) from their over the air channel.
