[BC] Automation Mishaps....or lazyness on the stations part?

It sounds like one of two possibilities:

1) No one in a position to do anything about it is listening to the station; or
2) Someone in such a position is listening, and just doesn't care.

Either way, if I were an advertiser, I'd have to wonder if they were giving my
spots the same care and attention...
