[BC] Automation Mishaps....or lazyness on the stations part?

It's all the "just don't care" thinking that lets it happen.
Even if you have a system that automatically pulls the spots as they 
expire... they're only as good as the person inputting the dates.

    and (?) double so if they've been pulled with nothing to replace them 
because you don't have anything else ready to insert that fits the ROS 
requirement... so you get :30 of dead air, or, return to net :30 early and 
hear weird ness.
