[BC] Automation Mishaps....or lazyness on the stations part?

When we automated last fall, we found that the automatic purge feature was quirky enough that
we coudn't rely on it. We rely on traffic working with engineering to make sure that dead stuff
is purged when it should be. It works pretty well, as we haven't had that kind of thing
happening on our air.

We also have a list of promos of various lengths and types--all "evergreens"--posted next to the
MCR op's workstation, so we can quickly fill any hole with appropriate, non-dated material.
