That's what you are hearing, alright. There are a number of stations 
transmitting it, now. I have a SSB/AM receiver here with a 16Khz bandwidth that I have 
fed into the computer, and the DReaM software locked right onto it. It was 
fading in/out, though, so reception wasn't what I would call listenable, but 
when it was *there*, it sounded far better than the analog signals of even the 
strongest stations.

There is a DRM signal that comes in well after dark on 3995Khz
