[BC] re: communications attorney was: am radio kit - busted

email isnt a means of legal correspondence right off the bat.  Dont do
something stupid like hand over any personal information.  Lets for the sake
of argument assume that this person IS an FCC agent (although more likely
somebody trying to steal your identity) you've basically just incriminating
yourself if you start talking to them.  If you were being asked questions by
a police officer and committed a crime would you answer them?  Of course
not, if they had enough evidence they wouldn't be ASKING questions, you'd be
downtown being processed.  As a general rule is always a good idea to NEVER
discuss anything with members of law enforcement since they can use every
word back against you later on.

Delete the email and forget you ever got it.  If this guy is legit expect a
certified letter or another personal visit.
