[BC] TV weather

We had a TV weather man on our NBC station, WAVY in Norfolk Virginia named
Joe Folks.  He was a retired Navy Chief and his voice resonated at about 20
Hz, best modulating voice I have ever listened to.

He would stand in front of a paper map and draw the Highs, Lows and Fronts
with a black magic marker, which would break sometimes and have black ink
all over his hand.

Aahhh, the good old days....
