well there is no 88-108MHz transmitters of any type on premises. I have a 
Part 15 certified AM1000 Rangemaster FCC ID:NWXAM1000 from 
http://www.am1000rangemaster.com on the am broadcast band operates under 
part 15.219 100mw input to final RF and a 3 meter antenna. it has test 
points to measure power input using a mulitimeter. cost me $500.00 used.
