I always tried to surround myself with knowledgeable people.  And it made no
difference
to me if they were more knowledgeable than I.  Having good people around
made
me look good.  But the dumbasses I run across that are running stations
these days 
typically don't have a clue.  They are spread-sheet jockeys, not radio
people.
