They tried the same thing here in Virginia, our 50 kw FM transmitter about
1/4 mile from their head end and all the filters from here to hell could not
get us out..  They gave up...  Yes Dummies!

Must carry only applies to FM if they are carrying FM channels.  Local
cable system used to send out little postcards to the area radio stations,
you needed to return if you wanted your station carried.  We always
returned the card.  No one else did.

After a while, we were the only station on there.  Then they moved their
pay-tv channels into the FM band.  Didn't work so well in town under our
17 kw. Dummies!
