[BC] Long Wave

That's an outer or inner marker for an airport approach in the foreground 
and possibly a LORAN NDB/VORTAC TX tower.  Much like the one along I-290 
here just north of the I-355/I-290 interchange.

This one is simply a WHOLE lot older.

Where is this at in Hales Corners.  I'll be up there tomorrow.
