This is NOT normal behavior for XP Firewall. I use a hardware NAT/Firewall
router so all of the software firewalls remain off from the first day in
service. I would be more likely to believe that one of the studio personnel
is reacting to the little red MS security shield and turning it back on
because the shield says it's at risk. Computers only do what you tell them
to, regardless of how much you hate MS.
