I'm ready to go -- with 40 turns wound on a 4 x 4 ft square wooden frame and
parallel cap to resonate at SAQ's frequency.   A one-turn loop couples from
that into 200' of coax to the receiver (HP 3586C selective level meter.)

Tonight, NAA, the 24 kHz Navy station in Cutler, Maine, measures around -70
dBm on this antenna (as tuned for 17.2 kHz) so I'm hopeful.
