That is not the case. Banks are constantly collecting ATM fees and more
importantly fees on funds transfers, which with business transactions
are considerable. I costs them a lot to be down, far more than a radio
station. People can always turn the dial or switch the IPOD back on if
the radio stops. When the ATMs go down, that is a much more serious
problem.
