Maybe more in absolute dollars (of which they make much more) but
neither a greater percentage of the bottom line nor more negative
impressions of customers.

Of course people turn the dial, that is what makes it different. If the
banking system goes down can I change currency? In less than 10
seconds, more than 90 percent of listeners have changed stations. Will
banks have the same rate of customer migration? Of course not.

I have had international (and domestic) money transfers screwed up
because of bank computers and believe me, the bank does not pay. I have
been involved with station closings where the transfer was hours late.
Oh well, we just sit there waiting for the OK, we got it.
