You would not believe the types of calls we used to get back at VOA /
Bethany.  We were listed in the telephone book as our parent agency::
U.S.I.A.>>>>United States Information Agency.

We've had our share of 'em, too... many hours after sign-off. I tend to
think 
they were pranks, though, because they sounded rather young, and they
were 
asking for stuff that we would never play. (We're mostly talk, besides.)

Then there are those who call *us* looking for the phone numbers of
other 
stations! Duh! I usually suggest that they call Information.
