[BC] Sign-off tunes

My friend Bill Coine and I were the high school 'soc hop' DJ's through 
those years. This was 59-62. Believe me, the period and our work wasn't 
'cool' as made out to be decades later.

We used "Theme from the Apartment" as a 'good night' tune. It was what we 
called 'shuffle and slobber' number. Well, in our innocence, we did not 
realize that the apartment in question was a 'shack pad' for Jack Lemmon's 
bosses' trysts. ... well, maybe it was appropriate after all.
