[BC] Sign-off tunes

In the early 1970s I sometimes signed off my college station at 2 or 
3 AM. We had a carted signoff, but I preferred to use "The End" from 
Abbey Road, beginning with the "oh yeah, all right," reading the 
signoff copy live over the guitar solos, and ending with "good night" 
just before the vocal return at the end.
