[BC] Cell phones getting better?

I would be happy if cell proponents used a little more professionalism in
their presentations toward planning Commissions, and vise versa; I think
some Commissioners approach the volunteer advisory position as "Godlike!"
I have presented proposals many times before to different planning and
zoning boards, and found that preparation thoroughness resulted in a more
affirmative resolution. I accept your apology, although it wasn't
necessary, I just couldn't help myself. Like a bird on a bug.

Then tend to (in my opinion) have lousy service, too much digital echo
in phone conversations.

I can only speak from my own limited experience. My discipline has
always
been broadcast, and I was ashamed of the presentation Made by Cricket.
We
ultimately approved the application, but only because of the fear of
reprisal due to current state laws regarding coverage protection and
restraint of trade. It was very nasty toward the end.
