[BC] CALLING ALL AM DAYTIMERS

They told the owner of the daytimer that there was no way they could
grant anything for him at all, but between a conversation with someone
at the FCC and the owner of the daytimer, the guy at the commission made
this suggestion and told the owner of the daytimer as long as there was
no complaints from the Class A station, they would no do anything about
it.
