Don't take Dan too seriously (or personally). He is one of those gifted
in answering a simple question with five or more tedious paragraphs,
certainly no Phil Alexander or Richard Fry or even Peter Haas.
That being said, you should at least condsider that nit picky point he
made. If you want your site to have the proper degree of credibility, it
should properly reflect what a class D station really is, which is
really determined the RF voltage produced at 1 km. Power does not have
much to do with it. You could have a station with less than 250 watts
into a tall tower being fully class B. On the other hand, it is a least
theoretically possible to have more than 250 watts into an inefficient
antenna and be class B.
I think you would want your site to correctly reflect class D stations.
I am sure you would not want to have info about a station that shows up
as being class B in the FCC database.
