Yes, Bill,

That was Russ Jackson.

I've added a few things to his history, and some of his material 
helped on the Tucson page on oldradio.

You are thinking of the Wilmot library, where I saw the first 
edition. Russ has sent me an update, but it has been a while since 
we've worked on it.
