Was this with Sprint directly, or a company that builds leased facilities
such as (only using as an example) Crown Castle or similar? Obviously,
if you lease space on a tower, the leasing company isn't going to collect
nearly as much from the carrier, thus there is a motivation for them to
build. (Although Crown Castle generally will spend whatever is necessary
for detuning what they build. Others may be more problematic.)
