LOL! Now there's one you'll never see in writing. Technically, it is not
correct as a listener *could* complain, but if the district EB folks are
aware of the "deal" it might get a VERY low investigation priority.
They have been known to be sensible now and again. <g>
Calling the FCC staff member with thanks for the suggestion while
mentioning the letter might be an effective way of circulating the
information where it would do the most good without waving flags
at anyone.
