The EB folks are overstressed and understaffed. When someone is known
to be doing good, they have been known to place a low priority on
listener complaints, and keep in mind that those, if any, would most
likely be in a different district, some distance away.
That's why in another post I suggested letting the original "suggestor"
on the FCC staff know about the "deal" with the Class A by way of thanks
for the suggestion. That might percolate to the EB district and set a
"priority" (very low) on follow up.
The FCC staff can be very helpful at times when they think you are
trying to do the right thing.
