[BC] Inversion (was STL Options)

This is normal during August in NYC. Z100 gets clobbered by short spaced 
WPLY Philly. At times, even 2 or 3 miles from the Empire State building 
there is strong beating. Further out,  'PLY takes over like a local.  Of 
course the reverse happens on the Philly end.
