You know, this seems to be the story of my life. When I was about 12, I was
walking home
form school one day when it occurred to me that if one could have a set of
headphones with an
external microphone and an adjustable amp, you ought to be able to feed just
the right amount
of ambient external sound, out of phase, to the headphones and make it all
quiet....
And one evening while watching Bonanza or something like that with mom, dad
and brothers
after dinner, I said to dad that TV ought to be able to recorded on
magnetic tape and played
back later..... "what do you think you're watching right now" was the reply.
So, there ya go....
What inventions have the rest of you missed out on?
