You use RAZORLAME, which is a graphic overlay for LAME.

Try dbPowerAmp to do any conversion to any conversion used to be free
not sure about the latest one.

I usually use 256K 44.1Khz and LAME 3.92 for mp3 (Bare minimum)

Do you mean BATCH CONVERT using Cool Edit?

What application uses LAME for this.  I thought LAME was merely a DLL.
