[BC] Adobe Audition 2.0

There's also LAME.EXE which is a command line encoder.
So if you are comfortable writing batch (.BAT) files or Windows scripts 
"roll-your-own" batch processing is possible.

But I agree RazorLAME is the best for casual use.
