Seems like a PC sound card and appropriate software could easily do the
job. I wonder if anyone's written such software? I wonder what the FCC
would do with regard to the certification requirements of
http://sujan.hallikainen.org/FCC/FccRules/2006/11/34/ for a software only
product?
