[BC] Commercial stations with low power/small coverage....

Get this, WRMO 93.7 is licensed for 130W at 7 feet HAAT!
And, it's  "sister" KHAM is licensed for 200W at 53 feet HAAT.
 
Yes, I know some stations out in California only run 25 or 50 watts, but  
they are thousands of feet up.
 
I got the above data from Radio-Locator and from FCC.gov. Mstreet has  
conflicting information, however
