Yes, I know some stations out in California only run 25 or 50 watts, but
they are thousands of feet up.
I got the above data from Radio-Locator and from FCC.gov. Mstreet has
conflicting information, however

It looks like the CP's for both of these stations were modified at the last
moment to specify very low operating facilities just to get them on the air
before the three year clock on the CP's would have expired and left the permittee
with nothing.
