This guy should buy a lottery ticket once. With his luck, once would be
enough to win. <g>  The idea behind the TE-1 was great, but the execution
was terrible. A large number of early FM-xxH transmitters were shipped
with the old M-6095 tube exciter because the TE-1 didn't launch as
scheduled.
