Robert,

On the surface, that may appear to be true, but the reality of the
"Ft. Wayne" market was, in the heyday of WOWO, a very dispersed
population encompassed by roughly their daytime 2.5 mv/m contour
in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. In those days, the market was
geographically larger than the Indianapolis market, but many
factors impeded growth after the '60's.

On a smaller scale, Ft. Wayne was reminiscent of the geographic
dominance of the St. Louis market.
