I'd say:
Windows player, dial up bandwidth
Windows player, broadband bandwidth

1 other codec, broadwidth bandwitdh only. Assume these users ares savvy
enough to download the required player and have bandwidth to burn. 

Have this codec selected by double -blind listenter tests - with several
age and gender demos represented.. Use "full quality" WAV (same as an
audio CD) as teh "reference".
