Most providers offer a flat rate data service which is usually
packaged with a Data card for a Laptop so you can download all you
want.  It is unusuall for a phone to have unlimited data service.

Some phones can do simultanious Data and Voice, most can't, they have
to receive voice calls duing the pauses in data transmission.
