My tech was able to tell him that if his cellphone supported the Windows 
Media stream that the station uses, and his provider was capable of the 
bitrate, then there would be no reason from our end for it not to work. 
  He added that the user should probably contact his provider to have 
them weigh in on if it would be possible on their network, and he said 
"I just got off the phone with them after holding for almost an hour. 
They said call you!"

So my guess is that Sprint isn't exactly sure.  Or maybe the engineers 
know but nobody has informed the phone drones.

My SidekickII/Danger phone doesn't do fancy things like streaming media, 
as its speed is limited by the GPRS.  I am able to receive phone calls 
if I have been surfing along or doing emails.   Whether or not I am able 
to simultaneously surf and talk is something I don't know the answer to, 
since it's hard for me to see what I'm doing with the thing held up to 
my ear.
