Paul,

Look up WKHZ in the FCC's AMQuery.  Then look at the Application List. 
There is a Granted Transfer of Control application.  The entire 
application can be read from the site.  It concerns Sajak already 
having an LMA and buying the station for $140,000. I didn't see a 
more-recent transfer application.
