I was pleased to see the position filled. It doesn't really matter
who it is. The Nighttime IBUZ issue should be easy to get out of the
way. If they don't permit nighttime operation I believe AM IBUZ is
dead. Ownership issues will take forever. The egg has already been
scrambled. They might be able to stop further consolidation but I
don't think it's fair to require anyone to divest once you've given
them permission to acquire what they have.
