The ones I've seen from Belkin are good quality, but are only suitable
for short runs in a non-RF-saturated environment.  The tip-off is the
video display.  If it's smeared or ghosted, then the wire sizes in the
cable are too small and are probably not shielded.  You should probably
see if someone like Avocent (formerly Cybex) has anything like what you
need.  Their cables use large wire sizes and are well-shielded, quite
suitable for long runs.
