There's another fly in the ointment. Most hardware stores are selling 
"Duck" tape in addition to duct tape. I think we need more testing to 
see if duck tape has a feather effect. We might find that Monster 
Duck tape is the way to go if it's impervious to water. Is it made of 
ground up ducks? If so, it should have the same properties of a duck 
with the added advantage of a quack-like noise when stressed.
