[BC] Radio audio delay for TV

Well, this all seems to have started after Janet's infamous "Wardrobe 
Malfunction"... the radio & TV used to be within a fraction of a second of each 
other, discernable only by hearing the sound of a crack of the bat, pop in a glove, 
etc. Now, whether it's on YES, ESPN, or Channel 9 in NYC, that delay is 
always approximately 10 seconds. It didn't use to be there. That's why I wonder if 
it's deliberate.

The sync idea isn't to get them exact... I don't care if there's a second or 
two, as long as the radio audio emerges AFTER the TV action, that's cool.

So... I'm still wondering if such a software app exists! I have a Ham DSP 
program that yeilds about 1/2 sec delay, so I know it's possible!
