In this particular case the transfer switch was already in place, for
switching between the BC1G and a real honest museum piece that some here
know about. The "manager" had been convinced that the BC1G was junk
because it tripped off a few times due to a shaky back door interlock. I
fixed that, after ....... sorry, again it's hard to be civil.
He also thought the W.E. 4A Speakerphone on his desk was a bug, so he
took scissors and cut its cables and threw it in the trash.
Reduced the secretary/receptionist to tears with inappropriate
manipulative comments after her mother died. (considered himself an
amateur psychologist or something) (tried that "skill" on me too)
etc etc etc
