I was looking at files of a local station that I do their monitor points  
monthy.  I noted that in early 1970 the reports drop the 30 Hz.  measurements.  
Back into the '60's, response and distortion measurements  were made down to 30 
cycles on the BTA=5D and the BTA-5U2, I recall 30  Hz. being required on 
measurements made on the 50 kW. at KLIF in the late  '60's.
 
Fot the amount of trouble with the 50 kW. at 90 + % @ 30 Hz., I doubt  if I 
would have run it unless it was required.
