All of the "Sta-Level" types were very similiar in design,   1-  6AL5, 1- 
6386, 12AU7 phase inverter driving two push-pull 6V6's in the  output,  5Y3 
rectifier, some that had one additional stage of  audio.
 
Items were made by Collins, GE, Gates, CCA and others.  The basic  design was 
used by many companies with slight difference,   The design  was very good 
and achieved what was required.
