Where do you find that in the FCC docket?  Thus far every problem has been
"considered" and found innocent, including nighttime operation.

Remember this is a legal proceeding. It doesn't matter how guilty the
defendant is, if all evidence is suppressed, he walks. Thus far, that
has been the record. NRSC ... not guilty. NAB ... not guilty.  FCC ...
release the prisoner.
