[BC] End of an Era...

While it is true that most stations don't have a dedicated
news staff anymore, I have always found it humorous
to hear the newspaper rattling as the news was being read
on a local outlet.....

The advent of trunking communications, or even digital should
have very little impact on tracking their communications -
trunking scanners have been out for 6-7 years now, and digital
scanners for a few years now.
